Built from a real problem.

Black Dog Advisor was created after seeing the same problem repeatedly: strong businesses held back by financial confusion.

Owners were talented, driven, and hardworking — but they did not have the financial clarity or strategic support needed to make confident decisions.

We built Black Dog Advisor to fill that gap. To give growth-stage business owners a financial partner who understands their world, speaks their language, and delivers the visibility and guidance they need to make better decisions.

Black Dog Advisor was founded by Zak Sultan, a financial strategist with deep experience helping growth-stage business owners build the financial infrastructure they need to scale. Zak launched Black Dog Advisor to give small and mid-sized business owners access to CFO-level thinking, without the cost of a full-time finance team.
