    Each tier is designed to meet you where you are and scale as your business grows. Our goal is simple: to remove the stress of day-to-day accounting and build the financial strategies that let you focus on running — and growing — your business.

  • No. We complement your CPA. We manage daily bookkeeping and financial organization, while your CPA focuses on tax strategy and compliance.

  • We integrate with trusted platforms like QuickBooks Online, Dext.com, Bill.com, Fathom.com and Dropbox to streamline your bookkeeping and keep your records accessible.

  • Yes. As part of onboarding, we set you up with the tools needed for efficient, reliable bookkeeping:

    • Dext – captures and organizes invoices and receipts automatically

    • Bill.com – streamlines accounts payable and receivable with secure payment processing

    • QuickBooks Online (QBO) – serves as your core accounting system for accurate, real-time financials

    We handle the setup, integration, and training so you don’t have to worry about the technical side.

  • Either option works. If you already have QBO, we’ll connect to your existing account and continue from there. If you’d prefer not to manage your own subscription, we can set you up under our wholesale QBO account. This saves you the monthly fee and ensures we handle all setup and maintenance for you.

  • Yes. We offer service levels ranging from simple transaction recording to fully managed AP/AR, including invoice drafting, collections, and payment preparation.

    • That depends on the level of service you choose:

    • Level 1 (Basic): We organize and record all of your vendor invoices, then provide you with a weekly AP report so you know exactly what needs to be paid and when. You remain in control of issuing payments.

    • Level 2 (Managed): We take it a step further by handling the full AP process through Bill.com. We prepare payments on your behalf, route them for your approval, and make sure everything is paid accurately and on time. It’s like having your own back-office team without hiring staff.

    • Level 1 (Basic): You continue to issue invoices and collect customer payments directly. We step in to record those transactions, keeping your books accurate and up to date.

    • Level 2 (Managed): We act as an extension of your team by drafting and sending invoices for you, monitoring what’s outstanding, and following up on overdue accounts. This keeps cash flowing smoothly and reduces the headaches of chasing down payments.

  • That’s completely fine. Our service levels are flexible, and we’ll tailor the scope to fit your needs. Some clients only want help with payables, others only with receivables, and many want both. We’ll build the right package for your business.

Bookkeeping Process

  • Each month we review your accounts to ensure all transactions match your bank and credit card statements. This gives you confidence that your books are accurate.

  • That’s more common than you think. We specialize in clean-up projects—bringing your books up to date, correcting errors, and creating a system to keep everything accurate moving forward. Whether it’s months or years behind, we can get you caught up.

  • You’ll receive your monthly financial reports within 10 days of us receiving all required information from you.

  • We use secure, read-only connections through QuickBooks Online and our partner apps. This allows us to reconcile transactions without ever having the ability to move money.

  • No manual scanning or emailing needed. With Dext, we’ll set you up with the app on your phone, and you’ll simply snap a photo or forward receipts by email, and they’re automatically organized in your account.

  • We provide a clear monthly checklist and notify you if anything is missing. Once all data is received, your books are finalized within 10 days.

  • We maintain an error log and review it with you as part of our reporting process. This ensures issues are caught and corrected quickly.

  • We set up a dedicated client email channel (e.g., ClientName@BDAdvisor.com) so all bookkeeping communication and documents stay organized in one place.

  • Yes. We prepare year-end financials and coordinate directly with your CPA to make sure they have everything needed for tax filings.

Pricing & Engagement

  • Our pricing is based on the level of service and complexity of your business. We use a clear monthly package model so there are no surprises. For a straightforward company with fewer than 200 monthly transactions, pricing starts at $700 per month for the bookkeeping.

  • No. Our services are month-to-month. You can scale up or down as your business needs change.

  • Every package includes bookkeeping, reconciliations, monthly financial reports, and access to our integrated tools (QuickBooks Online, Dext, and Bill.com). Higher-level packages add AP/AR management, payment processing support, and collections follow-up.

  • If your books are behind or need significant clean-up, we’ll scope that project separately before starting regular monthly service. This ensures you begin with a clean foundation.

  • Yes. If your business has higher transaction volume, multiple entities, or more complex reporting needs, we’ll design a package that fits.

  • No. We provide QBO through our wholesale subscription at no additional cost. If you already have your own QBO account, we can connect to it—or migrate you under ours to save the monthly fee.
